QUESTION THERAPEUTIC PRODUCT CONTAMINATION	I have taken amlodipine for several months. I had the usual fatique but the last bottle I suspect contamination. With the first pill, I began to have headaches that grew more severe as I continued, then I had chest pain and skipped heart beats, backaches (over 7days). I had another bottle of amlodipine from last year, I decided to take one to test (they didn't cause this before). With the first pill from that older bottle, the headaches ceased, the chest pain went away along with the back pain. I tried the older script again the next day, again, no problems and my blood pressure continued to be stable. CONCERN PNEUMONIA	Amlodipine caused an extremely dry mouth, particulary overnight waking up several times a night to drink something, then having to get up again to go to the bathroom. After a few months on Amlodipine I developed my annual allergy of throat itch with hard, spasmic coughing which irritated my bronchi. Thereafter I developed bronchitis followed by pneumonia on two occasions one right after the other. I suspected the Amlodipine was the culpret for the pneumonia. QUESTION PLANTAR FASCIITIS	A year ago my primary care physician doubled my dosage of amlodopine from 5 mg to 10 mg per day. Within weeks I noticed what feels like swelling/stiffening in the balls of my feet/ worse in my left foot. I soon developed plantar fascitis in my left foot and have been seeing a podiatrist. QUESTION ADRENAL INSUFFICIENCY	My question is how long to get this crap out of ones system? I have been taking a looping for approx. one year and have been rendered just about completely impotent. I am trying to cycle off the drug on my own as my doctor would not take me off. If and when I get a erection ejaculation does not occur at all now, within the last month, with at least 8-10 attempts to have sex with my wife. The erection is not as strong, Ang totally loses its strength after approx. 10 minutes tops. The Chinese Medical doctors and Acupuncturists will tell you , when the reproductive system goes you are considered expendable. I am 70 recently retired, and never had this problem till amlodopine. QUESTION NASAL CONGESTION	My father has been suffering with severe rhinitis and sinus pain for the last year. It has reached the point that he and my mother have no quality of life at the moment as he is completely exhausted all the time and just generally miserable with it.
