CONCERN ATRIAL FIBRILLATION	I have stopped fenofibrate about 2 months ago. The horrible leg pains that kept me from sleeping have disappeared. Intermittent bouts of atrial fibrillation have decreased in occurrence and length. I am applying more holistic and natural approaches to managing cholesterol with daily walks, changes in nutrition and supplements. I am not going to take statin medications again. After taking it for 3 months, I started having severe pain in my leg and thought I pulled something. I walk 5 miles everyday and the pain just wasn't going away. I called my doctor again and told her that I was gonna atop taking the Tricor because I believe it was the culprit. Its been over a week now and although it's not as painful now....my leg is still hurting and its hard to bend my leg or kneel down without holding on to something to lift myself back up.
