About this FactMed analysis covering adverse side effect reports of NASACORT patients who developed TINNITUS.

FactMed provides MD-approved analysis to help both patients, researchers, and physicians accurately assess the risk profile for more than 20,000 different pharmaceutical products. The below report offers compiled information from Food & Drug Administration and FactMed user submissions. Between January 2004 and October 2012, 68 individuals taking NASACORT reported TINNITUS to the FDA. A total of 2265 NASACORT drug adverse event reaction reports were made with the FDA during this time period. Often the FDA only receives reports of the most critical and severe cases; these numbers may therefore underrepresent the complication rate of the medication.

FDA Research Report

Introduction This page is designed to help you determine the relationship, if any, between NASACORT and TINNITUS. In doing so, we compare NASACORT with other drugs that cause TINNITUS, to help you evaluate whether or not NASACORT causes TINNITUS. Likewise, this page shows the most highly-reported side effects of NASACORT, so you can see if TINNITUS ranks among NASACORT's most well-known side effects.

QUESTION
EXCESSIVE EYE BLINKING
My 3 1/2 year-old son started using Nasacort after seeing the ENT for his breathing and snoring problems. He had fluid in his ears also, so Nasacort and antibiotic was prescribed. After 6 weeks, his symptoms didn't change. He had his adenoids removed, ear tubes put in and a sinus lavage. He is doing great now, 2 weeks after surgery. My concern is that my son developed excessive blinking about 1 week to 10 days after using Nasacort. Is it permanent? 2015-03-13 14:06:35
QUESTION
MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS
I started using Nasacort about 2 months ago. Went to ER for numbness in left arm and left leg. Have also been having issues similar to ones found in Multiple Sclerosis (light/contrast bothering my right eye; internal trembling; fatigue; inability to concentrate, etc). Has anyone else noticed a link between Nasacort and MS type symptoms? I am immediately stopping Nasacort to see if symptoms improve. Any input would be appreciated. 2015-04-29 14:50:27
QUESTION
URINARY TRACT INFECTION
Maybe it's a coincidence, but it seems like every time I use Nasacort for a few days, I end up with symptoms of a UTI--burning sensation, urge to go more frequently. It's not listed as a side effect of the medicine but it has happened 3x now. 2015-05-08 08:21:11
QUESTION
NASAL CONGESTION
Zune and iPod: Most people cormape the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It's very colorful and lov Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 2015-07-12 11:39:50
QUESTION
FATIGUE
People who get constipated easliy, people who have renal (kidney) problems as antacids can increase the chance of kidney stones and may cause osteoporosis. Also, if you are on any medication, you should check to make sure that the antacid is not affecting the absorption of the drug. Antacids are not to be used as a long term treatment strategy. Long term strategy would include diet change and medication such as proton pump inhibitors (PPI's) or Histamine Receptor Agonists. 2015-07-13 09:29:05
QUESTION
DYSPEPSIA
An Introduction to Cialis Side EffectsAs with any medicine, there are posilbse side effects with Cialisae (tadalafil); but not everyone who takes Cialis will experience side effects. In fact, most people tolerate Cialis well. When people do develop Cialis side effects, in most cases they are minor. Often they require no treatment or are easily treated by you or your healthcare provider. In previous research studies, up to 3.1 percent of people taking Cialis stopped taking their medicine because of side effects.(The side effects discussed below are not a complete list of side effects reported with Cialis. Your healthcare provider can discuss a more complete list of Cialis side effects with you.)Common Side Effects of CialisCialis has been studied extensively in clinical trials, with over 5,700 people having been evaluated. In these studies, side effects are always documented. Based on these studies, common Cialis side effects, occurring in more than 2 percent of people, include:Headache up to 15 percent of peopleFacial flushing up to 3 percent of peopleIndigestion, known as dyspepsia up to 10 percent of peopleBack pain up to 6 percent of peopleNasal congestion up to 3 percent of peopleMuscle pain (known as myalgia) up to 4 percent of peoplePain in the arms or legs up to 3 percent of people. 2015-07-13 16:17:46

CONTUSION
, it will definitely be ietsrenting to see what direction they go, especially since Bastardo has now pitched well in two save opps. I'd bet that Madson steps right back into the closer's role when he comes off the DL, but that's not exactly what I'd prefer, as I noted above. 2015-07-13 18:33:23

PROSTATE INFECTION
I live with allergies from hell and an enlarged prostate. My understanding from the research is allergies produce histamines in the body, which causes prostate problems. QUESTION
EROSIVE DUODENITIS
I work in biomedical research. For years, I was taking Rhinocort AQ for dust mite allergies. Then, my current insurance refused to cover Rhinocort AQ. My doctor switched me to Nasacort. I seemed to tolerate it just fine; I have neuropathic pain at the Lower Esophaeal Sphincter (LES) (due to doctors failing to diagnose GERD for three years--that was 25 yeas ago). When I take generic CVS-brand "Nasacort," I can taste it on the back of my tongue, and it causes constant mild LES pain. Twice I stopped the CVS-brand of "Nasacort" and resumed brand name for a week; both times (both experiments) resulted in my LES pain and taste on my tongue vanishing with the brand-name Nasacort. That got me to thinking ... maybe my recently diagnosed duodenisits (that I have NEVER before had in my life with my past 5 endoscopies over the past 25 years) was due to the Nasacort. I googled and found this website. I am a molecular biologist. I know about changing one variable at a time to determine cause and effect. the ONLY constant that was changed in my life in medication, in diet, or in any other aspect of my life was several months ago switching from Rhinocort AQ to Nasacort AQ. I am absolutely sure from what I have experienced and read here that Nasacort (whether generic or brand-name) is the cause of my duodenitis and a current living hell. Are there any class-action law suits against Nasacort pending? 2017-08-07 02:17:15
