QUESTION SACCADIC EYE MOVEMENT	I have visual illusions that happen when I take Ambien in the time between I take it and the time it puts me to sleep. When I look at still images, they appear to be in 3D and move - like Harry Potter pictures. Even text becomes 3D, with lines or paragraphs closer or further away (picture scrolling intro to Star Wars). It's actually really fascinating to watch. I like looking at nature photos when it gets like this, because the animals look alive... breathing, moving legs. I started noticing the "animation" was more pronounced when I move my eyes, and that my eye movement itself is jerky instead of normal smooth, and I wonder if this is what causes the illusions. I was googling eye darting and Ambien and that led me to this site. Just wanted to toss the coin in the water. This side effect does not bother me, I find it interesting to experience. and the illusions are benign, like bunnies wiggling their whiskers. I am fully aware the whole time that I'm just looking at a pic and the drug is making me see funky (i.e. not delusions, not like I think the bunny is really there). I find it hard to believe there has been only 1 report of saccades associated with Ambien. Am I number 2, or what? Anyone want to do a case report? The effect happens reliably.	2015-03-25 00:44:20

QUESTION SUPRAVENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA	I have been taking 2.5 - 3.0 mg of ambien nightly for several years with very few breaks. About 2+ weeks ago I decided to stop. Coincidently I began to ache, was short of breath and very tired. I thought I had some kind of flu. Pain increased for 5 days culminating in severe (8-9) chest and back pain that woke me at 5 AM, lasting for about 10 minutes. They found nothing wrong at the ER but I just had a follow-up stress test that showed SVT. I will follow up next week with a cardiologist. CONCERN ALTERED VISUAL DEPTH PERCEPTION	Like others have reported, I do notice strange visuals after taking ambien. Sometimes text on the screen seems to move, especially if it's not in the center of my focus. 2D images appear to have depth, and even this text as I'm typing it occasionally feels like it has depth. I am particularly intrigued by this phenomenon because as a child i nearly lost vision in one eye and was diagnosed with having terrible depth perception. He has had an episode where I found him unresponsive and unable to wake up after taking it this last time. It was 2 nights before that he took a half one. QUESTION ARRHYTHMIA SUPRAVENTRICULAR	I have been noticing an arrhythmia over the last month. I take ambein irregularly 5mg. The arrhythmia has increased in regularity this past month. I was told years ago that I had a premature heart rate which is benign, and would occasionally experience the arrhythmia, but this sudden increase in the past month has got me concerned. CONCERN SCOLIOSIS	I have adult onset scoliosis. I started on ambien about 6 yrs ago. I was diagnosed with scoliosis 1.5yrs ago. Prior to taking ambien I had no problems with my posture. No family history either. before this I was always complimented on how good my posture was. Even by the Doctors I work with. Now I have pain daily and am suffering. QUESTION DYSPHAGIA	Hi Margareth, I put them straight in the oven after piping, unless I do not have room in the oven then some sit on the bench waiting. I extmeiernped with leaving them out for different lengths of time and it made no difference to the end result. CONCERN PARKINSONISM	I have been prescribed ambien for over 15 years, and was diagnosed with Atypical Parkinsonism in 2014. My symptoms have been progressing rapidly, and I am now in a wheelchair. Recently, I became aware of the possible link between ambien and parkinsonism, and am now weaning myself off ambien (no sleep). I am starting trazadone instead for sleep.
