QUESTION VASCULAR DEMENTIA	My father had a suspected TIA in February this year, but nothing showed up on the tests, so it was a bit of a mystery, but he was put on meds for high blood pressure and others to prevent clots. In July, he swelled up with body fluid and was told he had kidney damage - possibly due to to taking different types of drugs together. His memory has been getting worse, and although he did have some shakes in his hands, they have increased due to the meds. When i sit still I am fine, no-one would know I am sick, but as soon as I move, I am so out of breath, wheezing and find even walking from room to room debilitating. QUESTION TYPHOID FEVER	It's my fate to take Prednisone (Omnacortil 20mg) when my platelets count went below 27000. A hematologist said it was ITP. 28 days of omnacortil was prescribed. I've had the tablets for only 7 to 9 days. I've experienced several problems with that tablets. I stopped it by saying 'instead of dying little by little taking this steroids, I may die without taking medicines'. And I consulted with a Siddha doctor and started to follow Siddha treatment. QUESTION ERYTHROMELALGIA	I was diagnosed five years' ago with Erythromelgia. The burning pain was fairly mild, and mainly only noticeable at night. In January, I was diagnosed with Lolosa-Hunt syndrome and placed on 50 mg Prednisone for one week to 5mg the final and fifth week. During the third week, I developed the most painful "flare-up" of Erythromelgia, 24 hours,a day, in my legs and feet,vand am wondering if Prednisone could be responsible for this extreme in pain. Now that I have finished the treatment regimen, I am noticing a reduction in the symptoms.. I have an appointment this Thursday with my doctor, but doubt he will have an answer for me.
