Diagnosis with Cervical Radiculopathy & also Myofascial Pain Syndrome. Cervical Epidural (9days ago) & Dry Needling in 5 areas of Trapezius Muscle approx. 3-4wks.ago. Still have dull intermittent pain in left shoulder, upper trapezius & or neck. Is it possible that Myofascial Pain Syndrome is caused from combination of Zocor & Amlodipine???	2017-04-29 09:49:34
